Irrigation Service Agreement | Greenstar Irrigation

This annual contract between Greenstar Irrigation Co. and the customer is valid from January 1st to December 31st each year. Greenstar Irrigation Co. will perform irrigation service visits completed on or around the following months: January, April, September, November to provide reliable irrigation maintenance. I agree to the below services and understand that Greenstar Irrigation Co. has the right to change services or fees with prior notification to me. The contract consists of the services listed below.

Greenstar Landscaping & Irrigation Co. will perform quarterly irrigation service visits completed in the months of February, April, August, and November as outlined above to provide reliable irrigation maintenance. Future years will be billed at the annual plan fee stated above for the plan chosen, which will include all four visits. I agree to the above services, and understand that Greenstar Landscaping and Irrigation Co. has the right to change services or fees with prior notification to me.
